This ensures that should your circumstances change, or if you want to explore any aspect of our service an experienced and qualified manager will always be there to assist.
Staff
We take staff recruitment very seriously. All our employees are thoroughly checked for security purposes and given induction training prior to starting work on any of our contracts. Ongoing training is provided throughout their employment with CMS in a range of areas including health and safety.
You can be assured that any CMS employee working on your premises will be a highly motivated individual who will get the job done cheerfully, carefully and efficiently.
Customer Care
Our customers are very important to us. We will respond to any queries you
have promptly and ensure these are followed up until satisfactorily resolved.
Regular customer care visits will also be arranged at a timescale to suit.
Policies and Procedures
Our policies and procedures conform fully to Health and Safety standards. In some instances we need to take a risk assessment of your facilities before accepting a contract.
If this is the case we will detail any specific requirements with you and ensure ongoing supervision and monitoring.
Quality Control
All our procedures are methodically and constantly reviewed to ensure best standards are maintained. This includes cleaning standards, client satisfaction, health and safety, security issues and staff training.
